NF-κB-SEAP parental cell line

HEK-Blue™ Null2 cells express the SEAP reporter gene under the control of the IL-12 p40 minimal promoter fused to five NF-κB and AP-1 binding sites.

HEK-Blue™ Null2 is the parental cell line of several HEK-Blue™ TLR and HEK-Blue™ NOD cells:

• HEK-Blue™ mTLR2
• HEK-Blue™ hTLR4
• HEK-Blue™ hMD2 CD14
• HEK-Blue™ hNOD2 and HEK-Blue™ mNOD2
